How Hyletic AI handles the details you share through this website. Short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you, and we don't use cookies.

1. Who we are
Hyletic AI ([legal entity name], CVR [number]), [street address], Copenhagen, Denmark, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us.
- "Contact us" form: name, work email, company or lab, what you train, what keeps failing (optional), preferred data format (optional) and your consent.
- "Talk to the founders" form: name, email, the topic you pick, your message and your consent.
We don't ask for sensitive information. Please don't include it in a message.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to you and handle your request. Basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To follow up about Hyletic AI's data and services, where you asked about them. Basis: our legitimate interest in following up on your request (Article 6(1)(f)). You can tell us to stop at any time.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@hyletic.ai. That doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use cookies. We measure visits with a cookie-free analytics tool ([provider, e.g. Plausible]) that counts page views in aggregate without identifying you or tracking you across sites.
5. Who handles the data for us
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. A small number of providers process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:
- Form handling: [form provider]

Fonts on this site are served from our own server, so loading a page doesn't send your details to a font provider.
6. How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for [12 months] after our last contact with you, unless we start working together, in which case our agreement sets the retention period. After that we delete it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- see the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it's wrong
- delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- give you a copy in a portable format
Write to privacy@hyletic.ai and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
8. Security
We use providers with appropriate security measures, limit access to the people who need it, and send form data over encrypted connections.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
